Coach Lior and the Valley Torah Wolfpack basketball team are working hard to prepare for the season, and they are looking better than ever.
Coming from a strong season last year Valley Wolfpacks are currently working very hard after losing a big portion of seniors from last year.
The Wolfpack is practicing intensely everyday besides Shabbat of course at Emek or Bell Jeff. Not only practices but going out of their way almost everyday, by spending their breakfast watching film, and seeing how they can do better.
They also are facing some challenges so far due to multisport athletes who play football like Meir Dan, Adam Sakoff, and Ethan Ribibo. The team has also faced injuries like Moshe’s hurt finger, Meir’s ankle, and Dvir’s wrist. The team also has a lot of positives. They are bigger, stronger, and faster due to all the conditioning they are doing.
Wolfpack also has a lot of great new additions like Gabriel Masud, Aiden List, Natanel Benissian, and a few more.
Valley Torah’s season officially starts in early November and so far, they look very prepared. Valley Torah played against Masifitah Las Vegas who recently came into town. With Meir Dan out due to an injury the Wolfpack came out with a new starting five who did well, but you could see a big difference when Meir is playing.
The next big event coming up for Valley Torah is Memphis. They leave at the end of this month.
