On June 11, Valley Torah held its upcoming 2025-26 Student Council elections. Student council provides a place to enhance leadership skills, impact the student experience, and allow the voices and ideas of the students to be heard and actualized. After voting, the polls came to a close, and the winners were announced. For the 10th grade representative, Eli Kogman won. For the 11th grade representative, Shimon Javaherian won. For the 12th grade representative, Joseph Elbaz won. Moving away from the representatives, Jonah Halpern was elected Treasurer, and Eli Leibowitz became historian. For Vice President, Uriel Vahedy won by a wide margin. Finally, next year’s Student Council President is Michael Nourollah, who beat Reuben Nasseri and Adar Perez. We are excited about next year’s student council leaders and the impact STUCO will make on student life.
